Ballard to pay £300m for GeoPura
Canadian fuel cell specialist Ballard Power Systems will acquire British power solutions provider GeoPura. The UK company, which has been establishing a position in construction site hydrogen-fuelled power supply, will receive £82.5m in cash and around 50.8 million in newly issued shares in Ballard, with a further £27.5m linked to post-deal targets.
