How are construction companies currently managing Occupational Health on site?

I'm an Occupational Health provider working with the construction industry, and I’d like to hear how companies are looking after workers’ health – not just meeting the minimum legal requirements. What are you doing to reduce risks like dust (e.g. silica), noise, vibration, and heavy lifting? Is Face Fit Testing something that’s regularly used and well understood on your sites? Are companies starting to do more around mental health, regular health checks, or general well-being? What makes it difficult to put good health measures in place and keep them going? I’d really like to hear from people who manage or influence health and safety on site – and how providers like us can offer better support, whether it’s through on-site services, training, or advice. Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts!
