What delay analysis technique do you adopt in your Notice of Delay [and/or required particulars] or your Notice of a Compensation Event when:

(a) Requesting an extension of time upon discovery of the Relevant Event or Compensation Event [prospectively] and

(b) Following the achievement of Practical Completion or the Completion Date [retrospectively]?

And why do you prefer these techniques?
