Great question Eugene.....aside from from the most obvious measure which is the Government's Employee retention package for Furloughed employees, companies working in the public sector should also take a look at the Government's Policy Procurement Note PPN 02/20 (see link below). This provides important guidance regarding how the Government expects pubsec contracting parties to treat their supply chain during the crisis particularly relating to matters of payment.
