Bernadette I am not sure that the knowledge you are after resides in current construction companies. The large air right projects were mainly in the 80's and early 90's Most of those managers are now retired Can I suggest you start by working through who you would like to do the work [flats and fit out] Then see if they can employ either some one who has the necessary experiences or take on as a consultant.
