Andy, I think having done some research on this that perhaps the project implementation plan (PIP) concept is more to do with differing industry and sectors terminology, however we also have 4 example templates of PIP's in word and excel formats in our resources section. As always it is easy to find them by searching for Project implementation plans in the Construo search facility or using our tag system - you can add a tag to your question for project implementation plan which will bring up the templates. Hope these help.
