Please excuse my ignorance but can it be done by creating or opening an existing cad file using Autocad/desk.... Then select the point cloud file(s) and merge them into the cad file? The positioning of the cpoint cloud data would need to be set into the overall cad file, to ensure its located in the correct position in relation to the surrounding buildings / reference points?
