Hi Sukh,
Although you can download various smartphone apps that allow you to do 3D object scanning from your phone, those cannot match the accuracy of the 3D laser scanner that you can buy on the market. Those devices are far more accurate in the way they capture a physical object's exact size and convert it as a digital 3-dimensional representation.
