Travelers Insurance Sues Chicago for $26M in Damages to Willis Tower

Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America is suing the City of Chicago and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation Distirct for $26 million in damages caused when more than 1 million gallons of water flooded into Willis Tower during a 2020 rain storm.
