3XN’s innovative design of the Quay Quarter Tower at 50 Bridge Street will transform the strategic site, located close to the Sydney Opera House, into a vibrant destination for international and local businesses. The development shows that upcycling and re-purposing outdated can actually add value back into existing assets. The building incorporates 2/3 of the existing structure, retaining 60% of the structural skeleton and 90% of the structural walls.
