MBTA’s Green Line Extension contractors sue project’s engineer
According to a report by Boston Herald, GLX Constructors, a collaborative group of the four construction companies, Fluor Enterprises, the Middlesex Corp., Herzog Contracting Corp., and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, have filed a lawsuit against the engineering firm, STV Incorporated (STV), alleging professional negligence, breach of contract, and failure to cover unexpected expenses on the firm’s part.
