Al Jazeera - Italy's pollution-eating cement, 25052017

According to the World Health Organization, 80% of city dwellers are breathing polluted air. Smog is linked to respiratory illnesses and cardiovascular disease. But in Milan there's a concrete building which includes Titanium Dioxide which 'breaks down' pollutants like Nitrogen Dioxide in the air! Could this be one solution to obtaining cleaner air?
