This is the third edition of the International Cost Management Standard (ICMS) which aims to provide global consistency in classifying, defining, measuring, recording, analysing and presenting entire construction life cycle costs and carbon emissions at a project, regional, state, national or international level. It provides templates that can be used to present the Acquisition, Construction, Renewal, Operation, Maintenance, and End of Life costs and carbon emissions.
