Incommunities to deliver Bradford City Village

Bradford housing provider Incommunities has been appointed funding and delivery partner for Phase 1 of the town's City Village development, funded by Homes England's brownfield fund. Metropolitan Demolition will shortly start removing the old Oastler Shopping Centre at the site.

Hill Group, L&Q complete Kew Bridge Rise

A Hill Group and L&Q joint venture has completed a Brentford brownfield regeneration project, Kew Bridge Rise, designed by Hawkins Brown and offering 441 homes, 50% of which are classed as affordable.
