How can we optimize HVAC duct routing to minimize clashes with structural and electrical systems?

I usually recommend setting a priority matrix, structure and big #HVAC trunks first, then plumbing, then electrical. Ducts should be right-sized before routing (oversizing is a clash magnet). Stick to elevation bands so trades don’t cross paths, and reserve “no-go” zones around access panels and equipment. Don’t underestimate constructability either, standard fittings and fewer offsets go a long way. Combine that with regular #clash-detection and early sleeve coordination, and you’ll save tons of rework on-site.
