While coordination errors occasionally arise in our BIM process—such as the one during our carpentry-ceiling coordination project—they seldom result in costly rework or long delays. Through proactive clash detection and real-time collaboration, we identified the issue early and resolved it smoothly without compromising the overall project schedule. Using robust quality assurance/quality control protocols and a flexible coordination approach enabled us to maintain schedule integrity despite setbacks.
