When will it be normal to have clean renewable energy temporary power sources on construction sites in place of dirty old diesel generators?

Question

Hydrogen will have a big part to play in the renewable energy agenda and it will be interesting to see the potential for construction site operations arising from this initiative.
What other similarly focused initiatives are being used or trialed in the industry?
