Is PII cover disappearing from the insurance market?

PII cover in the market is currently experiencing significant change, reduced cover post Grenfell, increased premiums, inability of specialist to obtain cover. The attached article outlines some of the issues.

Interesting article; I did not give it any thought as yet, about potential premium hikes and risk of reduced cover. Whilst I am not in fire safety or the lending arena, what happens in one part of the sector has a habit of affecting everyone else in that sector as a whole. My renewal is due in August, so I will start early shopping.
