Colvin, in my experience of investment banking fit outs the key items we were always looking for were
1. Early installation of the connections and patch panels
2. Cooperation and remembering who the customer is
3. Understanding the time pressures on the main contractor from Clients, rather than we will get round to your project in due course
4. Turn up when promised
5. Don’t be prima donnas - its a building site after all
6. Clear your own rubbish.
7. Take responsibility for coordinating with other trades
