Designing sports facilities for people with disabilities

I am an architectural engineering student and I am looking for help with my final year dissertation. If you have experience in the design or construction of sports facilities I would love to hear from you! My study involves an interview and a questionnaire (see link below). Participants may complete one or both. The questionnaire takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and the interview takes 10-15 minutes. Thank you in advance.
