Where do you stand on the Construction Retentions Bill?

Are you for or against proposed abolition of construction retentions and why?
Would wholesale abolition of retentions be practical or indeed desirable or would alternative changes be more appropriate?
Are current contract provisions fit for purpose?
Does the Bill realistically stand any chance of success?
