What is a typical programme period per floor for fitting out medium specification two-bedroom apartments in a residential tower? Assume 8 apartments per floor and say 40 storeys high of which 37 floors house the residential apartments, there is a staircore , lift core, lobby , risers etc.

I might suggest split the floor into 2 clusters, with each cluster 4 apartments. Each cluster 22 weeks, 2 weeks staggered between cluster, so 24 weeks per floor. A lot of contractors target for an 18 week cycle, and all ends in tears. Another important factor is the apartment handover rate . If the client only has 1 snagging team, you are looking at handing over 4 apartments max per week. I hope this helps
