Is there anyone on here that owns land in Spain or Western Europe and is open to a JV?

2026-02-19 12:40:19We are currently negotiating with landowners in Spain on a JV basis - that have had difficulties securing outright purchase. So if the licences are in place and the site will accommodate say 10 or more units, we would love to have a discussion.
