Founded in 2019, Tesla Mechanical Designs is a mechanical engineering and product development partner for manufacturers, OEMs and product companies. We take projects from concept to production-ready data, covering product and industrial design, custom machine design, sheet metal and enclosure design, 3D CAD modeling and 2D manufacturing drawings.
Our engineers validate designs with FEA and CFD analysis, recreate legacy parts through reverse engineering, and build prototypes on our in-house 3D printers. Every design is reviewed for manufacturability before release, and clear, regular communication keeps each project on schedule for clients across the US, UK, Australia and India.
