I'm George, a top-tier performance, health, and weight loss coach from Vancouver, British Columbia. My entire existence has been centred around health and sports. I got started when I was very little. When I was four years old, my parents joined me in my first competition. Even though I'm in my 50s, I still compete. I compete when I'm not instructing. When I'm not in competition, I'm instructing. I live for that, and I adore doing it. My parents believed that I could make the smallest objects and figurines because of my exceptional hand skills—I would make an excellent neurosurgeon.
